Order Processing Time
Upon confirmation of order and payment, we typically process and dispatch your items within 1 - 3 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays). During peak promotion periods, processing time may be slightly extended. We appreciate your kind patience.
Shipping Methods & Coverage
We primarily utilize SF Express for deliveries, covering all regions across Hong Kong:
- Delivery to residential and commercial addresses.
- Self-pickup at SF Lockers, SF Stores, and partner points.
- For shipping to Macau or other regions, please contact our customer service for further details.
Shipping Fees
Free shipping is offered on all orders over HK$299.
For orders below this threshold, shipping fees will be automatically calculated as "SF Freight Collect" to pay upon delivery.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, a "Tracking Number" will be sent to you via email or system message. You may track your parcel's real-time status on the SF Express official website or mobile app.
- Once the order is dispatched, the 'Tracking Number' will also be available for viewing in your order history after logging into our website.
Important Notes
- Please ensure the recipient's name, contact number, and delivery address are accurate. Any additional costs arising from failed delivery due to incorrect information will be borne by the customer.
- In the event of adverse weather (such as Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning), delivery services will be suspended and rescheduled accordingly.
