Within 7 days of receiving the product, if you find you have purchased the wrong specifications, as long as the product retains its complete packaging without any scratches, damages, or man-made faults, you can apply for an exchange (return shipping fee is to be borne by the customer).

Submit a ticket: Log into your account, click on "Order History" and contact us. Explain the issue to our specialist and provide the order number from your "Order History", then wait for our specialist to assist you.

Package the device: Place the product and all complete accessories back into the original packaging box, and mail it back to the address provided by our specialist.

Restart your experience: Within 3 - 5 working days after we receive the returned item and complete the hardware inspection, we will dispatch a brand new replacement product to you.
